Foxconn could return to full capacity at its factory in Zhengzou, China, by the end of December or January. The factory was not fully available recently due to lockdowns due to corona.

Foxconn has not said exactly how much capacity of the plant is unavailable, but the peak should have been, writes Reuters. It could possibly be 30 percent of capacity. The news agency heard from a source within the group that the plant would run at full capacity again at the end of December or in January.

The location not only has to deal with strict lockdowns, but also with protests among employees against these strict measures. As a result, many of the devices that should have been made at the factory were not produced. The most famous of these is the iPhone 14 Pro. Apple already warned of long delivery times for the phone.
