Fortnite: Battle Royale has brought in about $15 million in microtransactions since its release for iOS three weeks ago. That is what analytics firm Sensor Tower calculates. Players cannot purchase gameplay benefits with their money.

Epic Games will receive approximately $10.5 million of that $15 million. Sensor Tower also reports that the game has been installed more than 11 million times on iPhones and iPads worldwide. On Monday, April 2, the day the game went from invite-only to public, $1.8 million in sales were made. That’s three times as much turnover as the game averaged per day in its private mode, but the daily turnover had been increasing for some time, according to an accompanying graph. The agency calls the release of the mobile game one of the most successful of all time.

Fortnite: Battle Royale is a part of Fortnite and offers the game mode made popular by PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds: 100 players jump out of a plane over a desert island and the last player or team alive wins.

Fortnite: Battle Royale will also be released for Android. “If the release on iOS is any indication, the game could easily bring in $3 million or more as the Android user base grows to a similar number to the iOS user base,” Sensor Tower said. However, when the game will come to Google’s mobile operating system is currently unknown.
