Flitsmeister is available as beta for Android Auto
Flitsmeister has released an open beta of its app for Android Auto. Users can display the application on the dashboard of cars that can communicate with the Google software.
Android users can sign up for the beta version of the app via the Flitsmeister website. Once downloaded via the Google Play Store, it is possible to display Flitsmeister on the dashboard by connecting the phone via USB or Bluetooth. The Android Auto version lets users navigate and, just like the regular app, shows warnings for speed cameras, speed cameras and speed checks.
Users can provide feedback on the beta version via the Flitsmeister forum. It is not yet known when Android Auto support will come out of beta. According to Flitsmeister, it is up to Google when that will happen. “Google is working on an unfinished version,” the developer said.
