First-person mode developed for Cemu emulator Zelda: Breath of the Wild
A modder has managed to create a first person mode for the Wii U emulator Cemu. PC gamers have the opportunity to play Wii U games with Cemu. It is now possible to play Zelda in first person on a PC.
The modder has managed to get Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild to run on PC in first person at 60fps through the Cemu emulator. Judging by images from the mode, switching between third person and first person is seamless. When fighting or climbing in first person, the camera will automatically zoom out. The mod features three field of views views: a standard mode suitable for most PCs, a narrower one and a wider fov.
It’s not the only mod that tweaks the world of Breath of the Wild. For example, a mod appeared earlier to replace the Cell Shaded graphics with realistic images. There are also plenty of mods that replace the playable character in, for example, Goku, Mario or Naruto and mods that adjust certain aspects of the game, such as the number of weapons Link can take with him.
Cemu is a Wii U emulator that makes it possible to play games released on Nintendo’s console on PC.
