First benchmark results of laptop versions RTX 4090 and RTX 4060 emerge

Benchmark results have surfaced for the Nvidia RTX 4090 and RTX 4060 laptop video cards. This shows that the mobile variant of the RTX 4090 would have about 40 teraflops of computing power. The laptop version of the RTX 4060 is said to be twenty percent faster than its predecessor.

The system with the mobile variant of the RTX 4090 reportedly achieved an OpenCL score of 210,290 points. The graphics card was in a laptop with an Intel i9-13900HX CPU and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. The GPU has 16GB of RAM and a boost clock frequency of 2.04GHz. That is consistent with previous rumours. The base clock frequency would be 1.59Ghz.

According to Videocardz would the performance of this mobile variant of the RTX 4090 be slightly better than the desktop RTX 3090; it achieved 204,921 points in the same benchmark. The mobile RTX 4090 is said to be 40 percent slower compared to the desktop version. The regular RTX 4090 achieved a score of 356,406 points in the same benchmark.

Benchmark results of the mobile version of the RTX 4060 have also surfaced. A Chinese laptop manufacturer, ThundeRobot, would have tested the card in 3DMark Time Spy Graphics and it should show that the GPU achieves a score of 10,050 points. The video card scores with this according to Wccftech 20 percent better than the RTX 3060 laptop card which achieved a score of 8339 in the same test. It is not yet clear how many teraflops this card can handle.
