TP-Link has released new firmware for the Archer C7. This dual-band router offers WiFi in the flavors b, g, n and ac, with transfer speeds of up to 1300Mbps. In addition, there are also four gigabit network ports and two USB ports, with which a hard drive or USB stick can be shared over the network. The changelog for this release can be found below.

Changes and bug fixes

• Added the support of TP-LINK Tether iOS and Android app;
• Added the support of MAC filtering to Guest Network;
• Improved the WPA2-Enterprise function;
• Fixed the incompatibility issue with some Ralink adapters;
• Fixed a disconnection problem while downloading file and viewing online video with some cable modems.
