Synology has released new firmware for its RT1900ac router. This device is capable of excellent performance, has extensive features and is easy to operate through a user interface similar to Synology Disk Station Manager. In the new firmware, which has been given version number 1.0.3, the following changes and improvements have been made:

• Modified transmission power settings according to feedback from Bundesnetzagentur in Germany.
• Relocated Synology Account to Network Center > Administration.
• You can now use your Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn account to register a Synology Account.
• Supported the IPTV service of certain ISPs in Spain.
• Fixed an issue where L2TP connection might fail in certain situations.
