Download Firmware Sony WH-1000XM4 2.5.0

Sony has released new firmware for its 254 gram WH-1000XM4 headphones with 2.5.0 as the version number. This is an over-ear model where the noise cancellation is provided by the HD Noise Canceling Processor QN1. There are also two 40mm drivers and a USB-C connection. The latter has a Quick Charging function that allows the headphones to be used wirelessly for five hours after charging for ten minutes. The changes in this release are as follows:
