Download Firmware Sony Bravia 2015-2016-Android Series 5.433.01

Sony has for its televisions from the X94C, X93C, X91C, X90C, X85C, S85C, X80C, S80C, W85C, W80C, W75C, X830C, XD94, XD93, XD85 – and SD85 series new firmware released with 5.433.01 as version number. These Android TVs are from 2015 and 2016 and are available in different screen sizes. The announcement for this firmware release looks like this:

We can inform you that a new firmware update (5.433.01) will be available directly on your TV on April 10, 2019. It will be phased out on TVs with an internet connection over the coming weeks.

This new firmware will further improve the performance of the TV and offers the following upgrades:

• Provides the latest Android security updates
• Improves the user experience (UX) of “Enhanced format – HDMI signal format” setting

The recommended way to get this update is to make sure the Automatic software download setting on your TV is turned on. Your TV should receive the update automatically in the coming weeks.
