Download Firmware Nomad Jukebox 4.00.0 / 2.97.0 Final

Creative has released new firmware for its Original Jukebox, Jukebox 20GB and Jukebox C. As a Christmas present we are even presented with two new versions; the first is 2.97.0 and the second is 4.00.0. The big difference in these versions is in the user interface, which has been completely renewed in version 4.00.0. People who prefer to stick with the old interface can use 2.97.0. The changelog looks like this:

• Prevent Jukebox from using all available memory for playback (eliminates crashes)
• Auto Bookmarks saved during shutdown using DC_OFF Idle Shutdown setting
• Fixed problem with Find function (ignores “The”)
• During Wakeup, the volume is only changed to the startup value if headphones are plugged in.
• Added more Time-Scaling speeds (dependant on file bitrate)
• Minor DSP change
