Download Firmware Nikon D500 1.13
Nikon has for its D500 digital SLR cameras released new firmware, with version number 1.13. These cameras have an aps-c format dx-cmos image sensor with 20.9 megapixels on board and are suitable for lenses with a Nikon F mount. The firmware can be installed from a Windows or macOS machine and is approximately 24MB in size. The list of changes for this update is as follows:
Changes from “C” Firmware Version 1.12 to 1.13
- Fixed an issue that prevented pairing or resulted in unreliable connections when using the camera with the Android edition of the SnapBridge app.
Changes from “C” Firmware Version 1.11 to 1.12
- Fixed an issue that caused unreliable connections between the camera and iOS version 10.2 of the SnapBridge app.
Changes from “C” Firmware Version 1.10 to 1.11
- Fixed an issue that prevented the touch shutter option from releasing the shutter when autofocus, with an SB-800 flash attached, was used during live view.
- Changed the items checked when image sensor cleaning was performed using the SETUP MENU > Clean Image Sensor > Clean Now option. We recommend that you use this option to perform image sensor cleaning after the update is completed.
