Nikon has for its Coolpix S640– digital compact cameras released new firmware, with version number 1.2. These cameras have a 1/2.33″ CCD image sensor with 12.2 megapixels on board and the built-in lens has a range of 28-140mm, bringing the optical zoom to 5x. This download updates the COOLPIX S640 firmware to version 1.2. Version 1.2 includes the following improvements.
