Download Firmware Netgear ReadyNAS RAIDiator 4.2.23

Netgear has released a new version of ReadyNAS RAIDiator, the software that runs on several of the company’s NAS devices. These are the ReadyNAS 1500, 2100, 3100, 3200, 4200, Ultra 2/Plus, Ultra 4/Plus, Ultra 6/Plus, Pro 2, Pro 4, Pro 6, Pro Business Edition, Pro Pioneer Edition, NVX and NVX Pioneer Edition. Updating can be done by navigating to the System > Update > Remote tab in Frontview or by checking the new image yourself first to download. The changelog for this release looks like this:

• Updated CIFS service to version 3.5.21.
• Updated AFP service to version 2-2-4-p1.
• Updated ReadyTiVo to version 1.3.13.
• Update ReadyDLNA to version 1.1.0.

• Fixed power timer doesn’t work if NAS shutdown by Frontview.

Limitations

• WOL doesn’t work when only eth1 connected for Ultra series.
• Cannot add a folder whose path name within ` or $ for ReadyDLNA.
