Download Firmware Mede8er MED600X3D / MED1000X3D 1.0.5

Mede8er recently released new firmware for the MED600X3D and MED1000X3D media players. These devices are equipped with a Realtek 1186 media processor, which means, among other things, that they are suitable for playing 3D material. Version 1.0.5 is the successor to 1.0.4, which was released earlier this month and the download is 118MB in size. The changelogs for both releases can be found below:

Changes in version 1.0.5:

• Added NFS options —-> Network —> NFS Options
  • For Synology users select
  • Proto — Auto or UDP
  • rsize — 32768

  Now Synology users can connect at the correct NFS 32k block size and stream FULL 3DBDISO

• Fixed the My_Movies.xml that was interfering with Mede8er xml
• Fixed the crashing with Sony HDR-TD10 MTS file
• Fixed spelling on some city names Setup Menu —> Time Zone

Changes in version 1.0.4:

• Fixed – Embedded mkv subs that do not have language info set.
• Added additional naming support for auto 3D play for 3D Top and Bottom / Side by Side 3D SBS and TB in File Name – Name file xxxxxxxx.SBS.mkv or xxxxx.TB.mkv – X3D will auto open as 3D. Added ‘file.name.3DTAB.mkv’ ‘file.name.3DSBS.mkv’
