Cisco Systems has released new firmware for the EA6500, or the Smart Wi-Fi Router AC 1750 HD Video Pro, as they call it. This router has four gigabit connections and can send and receive wirelessly not only via the 802.11a, b, g and n standards, but also the new super-fast ac standard. With 802.11ac, a standard that is still under development, theoretical speeds of up to 1 gigabit per second can be achieved. An issue reportedly fixed in this release is that alternate dns values ​​entered are now also preserved, but this is not mentioned in the changelog. What it does contain can be found below.
