Download Firmware HTC Touch 3G ROM Upgrade

HTC released a new firmware for its Touch 3G smartphone last Tuesday. You can download to this page and enter the serial number of your own telephone at the bottom of the page. Then a ROM update utility is offered that can update the phone when connected to the computer. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

Improved Functions and Fixes

• Fixed auto-reboot issue after enabling WLAN.
• Added the control panel to the action panel after taking a picture in theme mode.
• Improved QuickGPS updating through ActiveSync, Wi-Fi and GPRS.
• Enhanced Opera’s browsing performance while running other applications.
