Download Firmware Gigabyte GA-EX58-Extreme F8

Gigabyte released a new bios a few days ago for its GA-EX58-Extrememotherboards. These are equipped with an Intel X58 Express chipset and provide a seat for an Intel Core i7 processor. The version designation of this new edition is fixed at F8 and includes the following list of changes:

Version F8:

• Improve PCIe/Memory compatibility

Version F7:

• Update new CPU microcode

Version F6:

• Enhance Core i7 D0 stepping compatibility
• Fix abnormal messages from EasyTune 6 and DES in Vista

Version F5:

• Improve VGA card compatibility
• Improve S3 resume compatibility
• Intel®Core™ i7 processor D-0 stepping support.
