Download Firmware Canon EOS 400D 1.1.0

Azecos has new firmware on the Canon site spotted for the EOS 400D. The firmware has therefore arrived at version number 1.1.0 and can be used from this page be downloaded for Windows (4.78MB) and Mac OS X (4.67MB). Canon developers have made two changes in version 1.1.0. For example, support has been added for the Media Transfer Protocol and minor errors have been removed from the menu. This firmware update (Version 1.1.0) incorporates the following fixes and improvements.

1. Adds support for the new Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) USB protocol.
2. Corrects errors in the Simplified Chinese menu screens.

The Version 1.1.0 firmware being released this time is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.0.5. If the camera’s firmware is already Version 1.1.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware.[break]
