AVM has released new firmware for its AVM Fritz!box Fon Wlan 7340. The 7340 is an adsl 2 modem, gigabit router, access point up to and including 802.11n and dect base station for up to six handsets in one. The device also has two USB connections, with which a printer or external storage capacity can be shared on the network. You can always revert to the original firmware, so make sure you have a backup. Version 99.04.89 has been released specifically for XS4All users and brings the following two improvements:
