Download Firmware Asus RT-AC68U 3.0.0.4.378.9313

Asus recently released new firmware for the RT-AC68U. This dual-band router can provide clients with network access both wired and wireless. There are also two USB ports, one of which is USB 3.0, so that a printer or external storage can be shared over the network. The new firmware has version number 3.0.0.4.378.9313 and the download is just over 34MB in size. New in this edition is, among other things, the option to manage the router via an Android app. An iOS version should follow soon.

3rd party app supported

• Added Cloudcheck router software agent. Cloudcheck agent enables intelligent wifi diagnostics that provides complete visibility into home network performance and offers actionable recommendations for improvements.
  To use this new functionality:
  • Download Cloudcheck app from Apple or Google App stores,
  • Make sure ASUS router is connected to Internet,
  • Launch the Cloudcheck app, go to “Smartifi” option in the main menu.

  The app will automatically detect the router and activate the service after getting your consent
