Download Firmware Asus M4A78T-E 1610

Asus has for the motherboards of the type M4A78T-E released a new bios with 1610 as the version number. These motherboards are built around an AMD 790GX/SB750 chipset, which supports AMD Phenom II, Athlon II and Sempron 100 processors with an AM3 socket. The corresponding list of changes of this release is as follows:

Version 1610:

• Fix the issue that certain network card can not be detected on PCIE Slot.

Version 1402:

• Modify the device scan rule when use Crash Free.

Version 1303:

• Improve the Checking Mechanism for new CPU.

• Fix the issue that the system may hang at the time of entering OS when use certain CPU with C1E enabled in bios.

• Support AOD3 function.
• Improve the system stability for overclocking.
