Apple has released a new firmware update for its popular iPods, compact portable music players with a sleek design. Support is available for all iPod models, but changes are only found for iPods with a color screen. The other iPods are presented with the same firmware as last time. The version designation arrived at 2005-03-23 ​​and of course refers to the date when this firmware collection was released. The included release notes look like this:

iPod Updater 2005-03-23 ​​includes new iPod Software 1.1 for iPod with color display. iPod Updater 2005-03-23 ​​contains the same software versions as iPod Updater 2005-02-22 for all other iPod models.
