Fallout 76 is getting a Steel Reign expansion this summer zomer

Bethesda is planning a new story expansion for Fallout 76 in the summer. Steel Reign continues the story of the Brotherhood of Steel and includes new missions, locations and NPCs. Bethesda promises other ‘big changes’ in the fall, little is known about that.

The arrival of the free story expansion is on the Content Roadmap for 2021. The first innovations will come in the spring, in the form of new features, which can already be tested on test servers.

Steel Reign will follow in the summer and is the sequel to Steel Dawn, an expansion that appeared last fall. With that expansion, Bethesda brought the Brotherhood of Steel to Appalachia and that story is now getting a sequel.

Bethesda also promises “big changes” in the fall, including an evolution of Private Worlds. The company will announce more about this in the coming months. In the winter, Fallout 76 gets new Legendary weapons and armor with four stars. Pets also make their appearance.
