EvLeaks publishes photo and details of Huawei P20 Lite with notch in screen
Telecom journalist Even Blass has posted a photo of the Huawei P20 Lite online. It would be a 5.6″ model with a screen that has a resolution of 2250×1080 pixels. At the top of the screen is a cutout for the camera.
In an article on VentureBeat, Blass writes that Huawei will come with three P20 models and that all three have an extended screen. The P20 Lite model has a 5.6-inch screen with a resolution of 2250×1080 pixels. The photo shows that the device has two cameras and a fingerprint scanner at the back. That would be sixteen-megapixel cameras with ‘hybrid zoom’. How exactly that works is not yet clear.
In the P20 Lite would be a Kirin 659-soc. That is an octacore with four cores at 2.38GHz and four cores at 1.7GHz. The device is said to be equipped with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage space and have a 3520mAh battery. Huawei will deliver the device with Android 8.0 with its own Emui 8.0 shell.
Huawei has previously announced that it will announce new devices on March 27. Three models in the P20 series are expected: the P20 Pro with three rear cameras, the P20 and the P20 Lite shown here.
