EVGA Introduces Z170 Classified K Motherboard

The EVGA Z170 Classified K is the latest addition to EVGA’s line of Z170 motherboards. The Classified K is intended for gamers and has an Intel Z170 chipset and support for four modules of DDR4 RAM at a speed of 3600MHz.

With space for four modules, the Classified K can have up to 64GB of RAM. Furthermore, the motherboard has an i219 Gigabit Ethernet port and a Killer E2400 network card. EVGA indicates that the motherboard was built with overclocking in mind. The Classified K has an atx form factor and a size of 304.8×243.8mm.

With the Intel Z170 chipset, the Classified K supports Intel processors of the Skylake generation. On the back panel of the motherboard are two USB 3.1 ports, four USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports. There is also support for an HDMI port and six SATA-600 ports. It also has three M.2 slots, two Key M and one Key E. In addition, the motherboard supports two-way SLI and PhysX.

The EVGA Z170 Classified K costs 333 euros, but when the motherboard can be delivered is still unknown.
