EPOS releases H3 gaming headset for 119 euros
EPOS releases the H3, a wired gaming headset with a 3.5mm connection. The H3 can be connected to PC, mobile phone, tablet and consoles via the included 3.5mm cables. The H3 is available in black and white for a suggested retail price of 119 euros.
EPOS has equipped the H3 with a microphone on one arm, where the microphone is automatically switched off when the arm is folded up. Furthermore, the headphones only have a volume wheel on the right earcup.
The EPOS H3 is very similar to Sennheiser gaming headsets such as the GSP 302 and Game One. Sennheiser has withdrawn from the gaming equipment market and EPOS has taken over those activities. The H3 is one of the first models it developed under its own name, but EPOS also markets older Sennheiser models such as the GSP 302 and Game One. Sennheiser continues to release microphones and headphones that are not aimed at gamers.
