Elden Ring has sold 25 million copies

Elden Ring has sold 25 million copies worldwide. Developer FromSoftware confirms this. The game was released more than two years ago and will receive its first and only expansion later this month, on June 21.

FromSoftware confirms sales numbers on social media. The company did this for the first time since February last year, a year after the game's release. Then it was announced that the game had sold twenty million times. This means the game has been delivered another five million times in the past fourteen months.

Elden Ring is the second most recent game from Dark Souls developer FromSoftware. The game sold twelve million times in the first two weeks of release and was also positively received by critics. The Shadow of the Erdtree expansion for Elden Ring will be released on June 21. That will be the first and only DLC the game will receive.
