Early version of Windows 10 Cloud pops up online
A build of the so-called Cloud version of Windows 10 has appeared online. This version of the operating system can probably only run apps from the Windows Store, but has not yet been officially announced by Microsoft.
A Windows 10 Cloud iso file popped up online via a Russian twitterer with account name @adguard. This makes it possible to install an early version of the operating system, although the installation does not seem to work for everyone.
ZDnet sources said Windows 10 Cloud is intended to be a simplified version of the operating system, capable of running only applications published in the Windows Store. Traditional Win32 applications cannot be installed; users will be notified that this type of software is not supported.
References to the Cloud version of Windows 10 were previously found in an Insider build. Images have already been released via Windows Blog Italia. However, Microsoft has not yet disclosed anything about the software. As a result, it is still unclear what the exact plans are. Microsoft may see Windows 10 Cloud as a successor to Windows RT.
