EA will give first details Star Wars Battlefront II in two weeks

Publisher Electronic Arts, along with developers DICE, Criterion, and Motive, will reveal the first details of Star Wars Battlefront II on April 15. A trailer of the new game will also be shown.

The Star Wars Battlefront II presentation will take place during Star Wars Celebration, an event being held April 13-16 in Orlando, Florida. According to EA, the presentation can also be followed online.

Last week, EA announced that the publisher will be showing a playable version of the new Star Wars Battlefront game at its EA Play event ahead of the E3 games show. That event will take place June 10-12 in Hollywood.

Star Wars Battlefront II will be a single player campaign and should contain more content than the first game. The first part was made by DICE, but for the second part the help of two other studios was enlisted. The game will be released later this year.
