EA apologizes for problems in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and is working on a fix
EA has apologized for the issues some PC gamers are experiencing while playing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. The problems would mainly occur with gamers with a high-end PC, or with gamers with a specific PC configuration. EA is working on a solution.
“We are aware that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor may not be performing well for a certain percentage of PC gamers,” EA said in a statement. on Twitter. The company says the issues mainly occur on PC configurations that have a multithreaded chipset specifically designed for Windows 11, but use Windows 10 to run the game. According to EA, more problems would also arise with PC configurations that use a high-end video card in combination with a less powerful CPU. However, the company does not provide concrete examples of PC configurations.
EA believes there is no solution that will solve all problems in one fell swoop, but it will release fixes that will resolve performance issues across multiple PC builds. The company is already working on these fixes, but asks for patience because they must first be extensively tested.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was released on April 27 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S and Series numerous reviews on Steam which criticized the performance of the PC version of the game.
