Realtek has updated its HD Audio drivers to version 2.14. The new version is available from this page for Windows to be downloaded. As usual, the developers compile a new version of the drivers as soon as even one minor change is made. This time, however, there is an additional improvement in the drivers; In addition to the well-known ‘customizations’, the ‘EAPD control method’ has been adapted for certain codecs. The changelog of HD Audio 2.14 therefore looks like this:
