The folks at Realtek have released new drivers for the HD Audio sound cards in the form of version 2.10. The new version is available from this page for Windows to be downloaded. Unlike the previous release that only contained the well-known ‘customizations’ as an improvement, Realtek has made this release – to use the words of Ge Someone – a lot more exciting: this release from HD Audio includes support for the ALC665 audio chip:
