Realtek has released new HD Audio drivers. The drivers have therefore arrived at version 1.81 and can be used from this page be downloaded for Windows. New in version 1.81 of HD Audio is support for 2.1 sound in Vista and an improved doppler effect for the XP drivers. The full release notes look like this:
