A new set of Omega drivers can be downloaded for ATi Radeon users on the OmegaDrivers site. The update is numbered 2.5.67 and via this page download from different mirror server. Omega drivers aim to boost image quality in OpenGL and Direct3D games. This is done by checking and adjusting the settings of the original drivers. This release of Omega is based on Catalyst 4.8 and, in addition to some bug fixes, also includes support for the latest Radeon cards. In the readme.txt we find the following release notes:

Fixed a few laptop bugs (but still unsure about the video playback problem).

Optimized the current OGL driver for D3, it should improve performance with no loss in quality.
