Download Driver For Nvidia GeForce/Ion 295.73 WHQL

Nvidia has released new GeForce/Ion drivers, the first stable release of the 295 series. The version number is 295.73 and as usual the drivers are available for download for Windows 7, XP and Vista, in both 32bit and 64bit versions. Support is available for all video cards from the GeForce 6 family and the Ion GPUs. Version 295 adds support for 3d vision in windows smaller than full screen and improves the display and performance of various games.

Performance

• Increases performance by up to 45% in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (measured with GeForce GTX 560 at 1080p Ultra settings in indoor scenes vs. 285.62).
• Updates the NVIDIA Control Panel ambient occlusion support for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim to a higher performance profile.
• Boosts Mass Effect 3 SLI performance to up to 2x.

• Fixes instances of texture corruption/artifacts in Battlefield 3 when memory constrained (typically 1GB or less graphics cards running Ultra settings and high resolutions).
