Download Driver For nVidia AMD64 Linux 1.0.5332
Anyone who uses an nVidia video card in his 64-bit Linux computer can get a new driver for his graphics board. The release contains a number of important changes. For the first time there is support for nVidia’s Linux Update technology has been added so that upgrading drivers should be a lot easier. The newest members of the GeForce and Quadro series are now also supported:
- First AMD64 release to support NVIDIA Linux Update
- Add support for latest GeForce FX and Quadro FX GPUs
- Added support for unified back buffer (UBB) and full screen antialiasing (FSAA) Stereo.
- Improved GLXPixmap support.
- Added support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0.
- Added support for GLX_SGI_swap_control.
- Reduced CPU usage when OpenGL applications are syncing to vblank.
