Intel has for the Windows 7-† 8.1- and 10platform released a new version of its Intel PROSet/Wireless set with version number 20.70.0. This set contains drivers as well as a compact interface to set up wireless profiles, and also offers extensive statistics and troubleshooting options compared to Windows. This Intel PROSet/Wireless kit supports the Intel Wireless adapters type numbers 3160, 3165, 3168, 7260, 7265, 8260, 8265, 9260, 9461, 9462, 9560, 17265, 18260, and 18265.

Key Issues Fixed and Changes

• WiFi unable to connect after roaming when returning from sleep mode.
• When system is operating as hotpot, WiFi icon in the taskbar may show a red “X”.
