Download Driver For AMD Catalyst 15.11 Beta

AMD has released a new beta Catalyst driver. The driver is suitable for Windows 7, 8.1 and 10, with a separate download for 32bit and 64bit environments. Windows 8.0 is no longer supported since version 14.6 and AMD therefore recommends installing the free update to Windows 8.1 or 10. In this driver we find, among other things, optimizations for the game Ashes of the Singularity, the first game to use DirectX 12. Furthermore, various problems have been solved and AMD also has a number that are already known, but are still being worked on.

• [79577] The Intel graphics is flagged in an error state in the Device Manager in systems with switchable graphics

• [77970] Ashes of the Singularity™ may crash on some AMD 300 series GPUs
• [58233] Ashes of the Singularity™ may fail to launch on some GPUs with 2GB Video Memory.

Known Issues:

• [79824] Call of Duty : Black Ops III – Flickering may be observed when running the game in DirectX® 11 mode and with AMD Crossfire™ enabled
• [79484] Batman™: Arkham Knight – An application crash may be experienced at some game locations
• [78912] A black screen may be experienced on booting Windows® 10 on some systems with switchable graphics – with AMD Radeon™ HD5000 series graphics cards, when connected to an HDMI monitor
