Two developers raised enough money within two days with a crowdfunding campaign to produce the Pokitto. It is a simple DIY handheld for gaming, which should also help you learn programming and work with electronics.
The Finnish and American initiators behind the Pokitto, Japanese for ‘breaking twig’, managed to reach their goal of 10,000 dollars on Kickstarter within two days. The basis of the gadget is a Cortex-M0+ processor from NXP in combination with a 2″ screen with a resolution of 220×176 pixels.
