Dell Releases Latitude 13 7000 Hybrid Laptop

Dell has announced the Latitude 13 7000 at the IFA fair, a hybrid ultrabook that can also be used as a tablet thanks to the detachable screen. The laptop has a 13.3″ screen and runs on an Intel Core M processor.

The detachable screen of the Latitude 13 7000 measures 13.3″ and has 1920×1080 pixels. Dell has equipped the device with a Core M processor, an energy-efficient 14nm chip based on the Broadwell architecture.

Dell supplies a maximum of 500GB of storage with the Latitude 13 7000, while up to 8GB of RAM is available. The hybrid laptop features 802.1ac WiFi, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Optionally, the laptop can be equipped with an LTE module.

Dell will start shipping the Latitude 13 7000 in the Benelux from October. In the US, the system has a price starting at 1199 dollars, or 923 euros. European prices have not yet been announced.
