Dell Introduces Inspiron Laptops With GTX 1050 and 1050Ti For Gamers

Dell has announced the Inspiron 14 and 15 7000. The company wants to release relatively affordable gaming laptops with this. The models have Kaby Lake quadcores and GTX 1050(Ti) GPUs. Dell’s Alienware laptops get an upgrade to Kaby Lake.

The Dell Inspiron 15 7000 is a 15.6″ laptop and the 14 7000 a 14″ model that will be available with the Core i5-7300HQ and Core i7-7700HQ of the Kaby Lake generation. As far as GPUs are concerned, there will be variants with the GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti. In addition, a matte 1080p screen, 4GB ram and a 1TB HDD are standard, but there are also models with an m2 SSD. The 15.6″ version can optionally be equipped with a touchscreen or UHD screen.

The interfaces are HDMI 2.0, three USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet and a 2-in-1 card reader. The laptop does not have USB-C and/or USB 3.1 Gen 2. The starting amount for which the laptop will be available is 899 dollars, converted and with VAT that is 1044 euros. Dell releases the Inspiron in red and black. On the back are two openings that conduct heat away from the housing and the keyboard is illuminated in red.

Dell is upgrading the Alienware line of laptops to Kaby Lake quadcores and the systems can also be equipped with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti GPUs. In addition, a 99Wh battery will be available for the Alienware 15 and 17, with which the battery life of the full HD versions of the laptops can rise to more than 10 hours, claims Dell.
