Oppo will present its Find X2 smartphone in two weeks. The announcement of the smartphone was planned for this Saturday, but the manufacturer has canceled it due to the cancellation of the telecom fair Mobile World Congress.

The presentation will now take place on Friday, March 6, PlayfulDroid says on the basis of a ‘save the date’. In addition to the successor to the Find X smartphone from 2018, Oppo will probably also show its smartwatch there. The manufacturer recently posted a teaser of it.

The presentation was scheduled for this Saturday in Barcelona, ahead of the Mobile World Congress telecom fair. That fair was supposed to start on Monday, but due to concerns about coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, the organization has canceled the entire fair. The day after, Oppo decided to postpone its announcement.

Manufacturers deal with the cancellation of the fair differently. Huawei is still holding an event in Barcelona on Monday with a ‘virtual keynote’ and opportunity to go hands-on with new devices. This is also happening in other countries at the same time. Sony presents its new phones in a live stream. It is not yet known whether and when other manufacturers, such as Nokia licensee HMD and Xiaomi, will present their new products.
