Cryorig will release budget coolers M9i and M9a in October
Cryorig releases two new compact tower coolers for CPUs. The M9i and M9a have three heat pipes and a copper base. The height of the coolers is 124.6 mm, which means that it should fit in almost all atx midtowers and matx systems.
The M-series is Cryorig’s line of budget products and the M9 is the first cooler in that line. The M9 is built around a copper base plate that dissipates heat via three heat pipes that are 9 mm high, to the forty cooling fins.
Furthermore, the cooler consists of a 92mm-pwm fan that rotates at 2200rpm. According to Cryorig, the M9 can be expanded with a second fan. The difference between the M9i and the M9a is that the former is suitable for Intel processors based on the LGA 115x socket and the latter can handle AMD chips based on the FM1, FM2/+, AM2/+ and AM3 /+ sockets. In either case, they could dissipate 120W. The coolers will come to Europe in October for 26.99 euros.
