Creators Life is Strange announce new game Twin Mirror

Studio Dontnod is developing a new game called Twin Mirror. It is a ‘psychological thriller’, which according to the developer is ‘story-driven’. This is followed by Life is Strange, which has a similar concept.

Twin Mirror was created by Studio Dontnod announced through a message on Twitter. The main character in the game is called Sam, who is positioned in his home town, but with no memories of what happened the night before. There is blood on Sam’s shirt, and with only this information, the main character must search for the truth. At the introduction, a short trailer was shown with some in-game images.

The game is touted as a psychological thriller, which relies mainly on the story. In that respect, the game is similar to Life is Strange, which is also made by Studio Dontnod. That game is about protagonist Max, an 18-year-old college student.

Twin Mirror is due out next year and will be published by Bandai Namco. There is no exact release date yet, but it is clear that users of the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will be able to play the game.
