Corsair will release its first laptop in the summer. The gaming laptop has a 1080p webcam and a ten-button streaming command center, which works with the Elgato Stream Deck software. The laptop gets AMD CPUs and GPUs.

The Corsair Voyager laptop gets “the latest Ryzen processors and Radeon GPUs” and meets the requirements of the AMD Advantage Design Framework introduced last year. To qualify for this, laptops must have both an AMD CPU and GPU, support FreeSync, be equipped with good cooling and offer a refresh rate of at least 144Hz.

Corsair equips its first laptop with a 16″-240Hz panel with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels. There is a 1080p webcam on the top and above the keyboard is a row of buttons for operating the Elgato Stream Deck software.

When exactly the laptop will be released and what it will cost has not yet been announced. AMD showed the model during its Computex presentation. In it, the company also announces that the number of laptops eligible for the AMD Advantage label will be tripled, without giving further details. At the time of writing there are seven AMD Advantage laptops on the AMD website.

Update, 9:20 am: Corsair reports that the laptop will be fully named Voyager a1600 and will be equipped with a Ryzen 9 6900HS processor, 64GB DDR5, an RX 6800M GPU and a vapor chamber for cooling. The keyboard is equipped with Cherry MX Ultra Low Keyswitches with RGB lighting. The top model will have a suggested retail price of $ 3,000. A version with Ryzen 7 6800HS and 32GB DDR5 costs $ 2700.
