Corsair is releasing the Katar Pro Wireless, a symmetrical mouse aimed at gamers. The 96 gram mouse works wirelessly with Corsair’s Slipstream dongle and with bluetooth. The mouse should last up to 135 hours on an AA battery, while Corsair equips the Katar Pro Wireless mouse with an optical sensor with a maximum sensitivity of 10,000 dpi. There are three presets with which the accuracy can be adjusted and in the Corsair iCUE software the sensitivity can be further adjusted as desired. The software also allows customization of the functions of the six buttons, the manufacturer claims that the mouse has less than 1ms latency when using the included USB dongle. It works with Corsair’s Slipstream technology based on 2.4GHz for wireless connections. Corsair sells the wireless Qatar Pro gaming mouse for a suggested retail price of 50 euros.
