Corsair releases new gaming mouse Qatar and mouse pad MM300

Corsair has expanded its Gaming series with the Katar Gaming Mouse and the MM300 Mouse Pad. The Katar mouse has an 8000dpi optical sensor, rubber sides, weighs 85 grams and is suitable for both left and right-handers.

The mouse has several preset modes, such as the Pro-player mode, which is ‘tuned by the world’s best players’. To further increase the performance, in addition to a maximum dpi of 8000, the mouse has a polling rate of 1000 Hz, whereby the dpi sensitivity can be adjusted during use. This is done in four steps: 400, 3000, 5000 and 8000dpi. Furthermore, it has four programmable buttons. The mouse is available immediately and has a suggested retail price of 39.99 euros.

In addition to the mouse, Corsair also comes with a new mouse pad in the Gaming series, the MM300 Mouse Pad. The mouse pad has a surface of woven material. The edges are said to have a special finish, which prevents the woven surface of textile from fraying. The underside is provided with an anti-slip material. The mat is available in three different sizes namely small, medium and large which measure 256x210x3mm, 360x300x3mm or 930x300x3mm respectively. The mouse pad will not be available until the end of November. Prices will be 13.49, 17.99 and 26.99 euros.
