Cloudpunk Creator Announces Cyberpunk-Like Life Simulator Nivalis

Ion Lands, the studio behind Cloudpunk, is working on a new life simulation game. In Nivalis, players run their own business in a cyberpunk-like city. The game will be available for PCs. The release date is not yet known.

According to developer Ion Lands, the game will be a ‘slice of life’ simulator, in which players experience everyday life in the cyberpunk-like city of Nivalis. Players can grow their business in the game. That starts small, say with a noodle stand, but players can later run restaurants and nightclubs. Gradually they can make friends and enemies, buy and furnish apartments, go fishing and fall in love, the developer says in a trailer.

The game will have a similar art style to Cloudpunk, with voxels and lots of neon lighting. Nivalis will also have a realistic weather system and a day and night cycle. It is not known when the game will be released, but Ion Lands does say that the game will be available for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game is published by 505 Games.
