Choozze stops immediately with free Zero subscription
The virtual provider Choozze will immediately stop offering its free Zero subscription. The reason for this would be the increased competition from low-budget subscribers. Users have until March 1 to switch subscriptions or providers.
Choozze currently only offers its paid Bright subscription. Existing Zero users who switch to Bright before March 1 will receive a special offer. If the user does not inform, the subscription will be terminated and the number will expire, the provider informs its customers. In January, Choozze had already closed a number of Zero subscribers because they had not used their device for three months. However, those users were later reconnected.
The reason for the discontinuation of the free service would be the increased competition in the market for low-budget subscriptions. Choozze says it started in this market in 2014, but now “lower subscription prices, monthly cancellation terms and flexible bundles have become the standard recipe for mobile operators.” The free Zero plan offered users 100 minutes of calls, 100 texts and 100MB of data.
