Capcom has released a demo of its upcoming remake of Resident Evil 4. Unlike the previous Resident Evil game’s demo, this one doesn’t have a built-in timer. The demo contains the introductory chapter of the game.

The so-called Chainsaw Demo contains, as the name suggests, the enemy from the game chasing the player with a chainsaw. He is a well-built man with a bag over his head, but he looks around with his bulging eyes through two holes in that bag. It is not known how long the content of the demo will last.

The game has better graphics compared to the original, of course, but also six optional control schemes, one of which is based on the controls of the 2005 original. The full version of the horror action game will be released on March 24. The Windows version of the demo is on Steambut the demo is also available for the Xbox Series, PS4 and PS5.

In addition to the demo, there are also three shorter trailer and a longer trailer shown for the full game. All of this happened at Capcom’s own digital Spotlight event.
